D-Mannose Gummies: Label Comparison and Buying Checklist

The front of a gummy bottle can make two products look similar even when their serving sizes and ingredient amounts are very different. This comparison puts six current labels side by side using the manufacturers' own published information.

What this page does not do: It does not rank a "best" product, evaluate medical outcomes, or replace advice from a healthcare professional. It compares declared label facts only. Formulas and labels can change, so check the bottle you receive.

Six labels, side by side

Tap any column heading to sort. "Not shown" means the amount was not visible in the accessible text on the cited manufacturer page when checked. It does not mean the product contains none.

Amounts are per labeled serving, not per gummy.

How to read the numbers without being misled

1. Compare per serving, then check serving size

A larger milligram number may require more gummies. Every active amount in the table is shown per labeled serving so the rows use the same basis.

2. Do not treat extract weight and "whole-fruit equivalent" as the same measure

A label may show the actual extract weight and also a much larger equivalent amount based on an extraction ratio. Those are different statements. This table preserves both when the manufacturer supplies both.

3. Look for standardized cranberry information

Some labels identify a concentration ratio, such as 4:1 or 50:1. Others identify PAC content. Those details describe different aspects of a cranberry ingredient and should not be silently converted into one another.

4. Read the full Supplement Facts panel

Check total sugar, added sugar, serving count and any other active ingredients. "Sugar-free" on a product page should still be checked against the physical label.

Buying checklist

  • How many gummies make one serving?
  • How many labeled servings are in the bottle?
  • How much D-mannose is declared per serving?
  • Is cranberry listed as powder, juice, concentrate or extract?
  • If an extraction ratio or whole-fruit equivalent appears, is the actual extract weight also clear?
  • Does the label state a PAC amount or standardization?
  • How many grams of total and added sugar are in one serving?
  • Is hibiscus or another botanical declared, and at what amount?
  • Which other active ingredients are included, and at what amounts?
  • Do the current product page and the bottle label match?
  • Are dietary-fit claims important to you, such as vegan, gelatin-free or allergen information?
  • If you take medication, are pregnant, nursing, managing a condition or choosing a product for a child, have you asked an appropriate healthcare professional?

Methodology

Selection: Six gummy products that publicly identify D-mannose and cranberry on a manufacturer page or label were included. Capsules and powders were excluded because serving format changes the comparison.

Sources: Manufacturer product pages and manufacturer-hosted label images were checked on September 22, 2026. Amounts are transcribed as published. Calculations are limited to servings per bottle when a bottle count and serving size were both clear; calculated values are labeled.

No paid placement: Inclusion does not imply endorsement. VITAMIZED is included because this page is published by VITAMIZED; its row uses the same fields and source standard as every other row.

Corrections: Brands can update formulas without notice. If a cited label changes, the row should be updated rather than preserving an old comparison.
